Olympic Villa is the perfect choice for families, friends and couples alike to enjoy their holiday amongst luxury furnishings and exclusive accommodation. An added bonus is the close proximity to a selection of glorious sandy beaches and the beautiful, clear, turquoise seas of the Mediterranean. The villa is a superior and modern 3-bedroom holiday home (sleeping 6). It has a private heated pool, large garden, is 1-2 minutes from the nearest beach and is tucked away in Crystal Lagoon, Pernera's exclusive private gated development. The villa includes everything you could possibly need for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. There's lots of extras to keep the young kids (and grown up kids!) happy, such as PS2, Games, Gas BBQ, Pool Toys etc.
Olympic Villa is only 50m from the local shops, tavernas, restaurants (some top class) and bars in Pernera itself - again, all within walking distance so a car is not essential. There's also a great supermarket right outside the entrance to the development. Yet, even though the villa is close to many amenities, once inside the Crystal Lagoon development the sense of calm and exclusivity hits you. Olympic Villa is number 6 Crystal Lagoon. We also manage numbers 7 and 8 (Sun-n-Sea Villas), so for larger groups and wedding parties who require 2 - 3 properties, these are ideal as they are all immediately next door to each other. Outside there are plenty of garden chairs, recliners, tables and a parasol for you to shade from the sun which is on the large garden/pool area for many hours of the day.

The villa is rented on a weekly basis and prices are in £Sterling per week for the villa, regardless of the number of guests staying. Olympic villa was lovely – exactly as it looked in the photos. Modern and contemporary décor, very clean and tidy and well equipped. Great location within a short stroll to beaches, shops, bars and restaurants plus easy walking distance to the larger town of Protaras. An ideal choice for a family holiday. This villa is a fantastic base for a family holiday. It was very welcoming and within a five minute walk to the beach. We hired a car for the whole holiday and travelled around with our two boys quite a lot but found that the beach to the left hand side of the main beach in Pernera was the nicest around – especially for small children as it was like a mill pond. This is the first time we have stayed in a villa but I would never want to go back to a hotel again as the space we had and the freedom of meal times was much more appealing to us. For anyone looking for a villa type family holiday, you will not find a better example. Highly recommended. A very nice and quiet place for families. Anything you need in the house feeling as if you are at home. A relaxing vacation in such a house, pool and garden is what I needed after a full year of work.
Olympic Villa was very well located – quiet yet close to all the facilities of Pernera. You do not need a car – yet we found one useful for visiting the beaches and shopping – particularly in the heat. The directions were very good. The villa was very clean and well presented. The welcome pack was great and included everything we needed for a snack and a drink. This Villa is great for a family holiday.
