Sun-n-Sea Villa 7 is the perfect choice for families, friends and couples alike to enjoy their holiday amongst luxury furnishings and exclusive accommodation. Sun-n-Sea Villa 7 is the sister villa to Sun-n-Sea Villa 8. For larger groups who require 2 properties, these are ideal as they are immediately next door to each other. In addition, we manage Olympic Villa number 6 that is also close by. All three of these villas can be rented for large group holidays in Cyrpus, each luxury villa sleeps 6-8 people with their own private pool and therefore can accommodate up to 22 + cots.
An added bonus is the close proximity to a selection of glorious sandy beaches and the beautiful, clear, turquoise seas of the Mediterranean. The villa is a superior and modern 3-bedroom holiday home (sleeping 6-8 due to the sofa bed in the lounge). It has a private heated pool, large garden, is 1-2 minutes from the nearest beach and is tucked away in Crystal Lagoon, Pernera's exclusive private gated development.
The villa includes everything you could possibly need for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. There's lots of extras to keep the young kids (and grown up kids!) happy, such as PS2, Games, Gas BBQ, Pool Toys etc. Sun-n-Sea Villa 7 is only 50m from the local shops, tavernas, restaurants (some top class) and bars in Pernera itself - again, all within walking distance so a car is not essential. There's also a great supermarket right outside the entrance to the development. Yet, even though the villa is close to many amenities, once inside the Crystal Lagoon development the sense of calm and exclusivity hits you. Outside there are plenty of garden chairs, recliners, tables and a parasol for you to shade from the sun which is on the large garden/pool area for many hours of the day.

During our stay we could not fault a thing. You even get beach towels to use and a full range of beach toys for the kids. This saves space in your suitcase and a lot of extra money buying buckets, spades, lilos etc to keep them amused. The villa was exceptional and has all the mod cons you could wish for. The service provided by the villa managers was second to none. Paul and Marce are the most friendly helpful people you could hope to have looking after the villa and no job was too big. They gave us great tips on places to eat and drink (where the locals go). The villa location is perfect. In walking distance of a shop which sells everything you need. Near the beach, close to the nightlife and only a short ride into Protaras for a livelier night out. We had a great holiday in the Sun & Sea Villa and would definitely stay again.
Private heated swimming pool. We also manage the next door villa and a second villa close by, so for large group holidays these 3 luxury villas can sleep up to 22 + cots.
