Dairy Cottage: opens out onto a cobbled courtyard and access to the Spacious Farmyard Parking. Inside the cottage has an airy open plan ground floor, with a modern kitchen and comfortable seating and eating areas. The downstairs will comfortably accommodate 4 adults without feeling overcrowded. The first floor comprises two bedrooms a twin and a double which are individual being spacious, light and airy. At the top of the stairs is the Bathroom with WC Basin and Quadrant Shower Cubicle.

The cottage has central heating throughout, a must to ensure your comfort in the cool of the evening and chilly mornings. Both cottages have a satellite TV and access to a washing machine. Sorry, pets are not allowed and we have a no smoking policy within the cottages. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Byre Cottage: is adjacent to Dairy cottage and gives the same level of comfort including two bedrooms, self contained kitchen, living space and shower bathroom.

The two cottages are based just 4 miles from the coast with the remarkable beaches of Druridge bay and the country park just a few minutes drive. the local amenities include a pub serving excellent food just 5 minutes drive away. Local shops and a petrol station are 2 miles to the south of the farm location.
