Property Summary (FR008)

We welcome a lot of families who live in different countries of Europe and Alsace is a good central meeting point. All the apartments are “organic” I.e. Allergy free.  We also offer a free and large service offer for children : baby cot, high chair, bath tub, bicycle seat, head protection, bicycle trailer for 2 children, bicycles for children, natural play ground, a lot of outdoor games, a child carrier rucksack for walkers and a lot of ideas to organise the stay for the children etc

Garden Side: a 2 bedroom holiday home on the Alsatian wine route, converted from a winemaker’s house and decorated in pale blue and white, and connected to a 100m2 (300 square feet) garden, that’s Garden Side: Coté Jardin.  The garden is private and enclosed. A lime tree and a catalpa offer generous shade in the summer, while the terrace allows you to sunbathe all year long. At close proximity are the grapevines and a forest of acacias and chestnuts whose perfumes come into the kitchen in June!  There is a garden fireplace in the stone wall made from Vosges sandstone, an eating nook and a hammock perfect for a siesta on one side, chairs for sunbathing on the other side. You can park your car and forget it for a week because walking paths begin at the house and you also have bicycles at your disposal. If it rains, you can enjoy the sauna and books and games. The light-filled interior is organized around a large woodstove with banquettes for cold winter nights. The south-facing family room opens onto the eating area, the library, and the well-equipped kitchen with bar. The bath has a tub/shower, separate toilet, and there are two bedrooms for 2 and 3 people plus a dressing area. You’ll also find cable TV and a DVD player.

Chez Anna and Chez Juliette: 3 room apartments with 2 separate bedrooms (one double, one twin), fully equipped kitchens (washing machine, oven etc), open plan living/dining room, TV, DVD player.Bathroom with shower and bath. View to the vineyards and Castle Wineck.

S’Stewla and Kamerla: Spacious open plan apartments with patio / terrace (access from the one bedroom and living room). Bath and shower, separate wc. Living and dining room, tv and dvd player. Kitchen. 1 floor.
