The villa is a beautifully restored late 19th Century stately home, this luxury catered villa holiday is a perfect base from which to explore the South West region of France famous for its gorgeous white sandy beaches that stretch for miles, it's lakes, forests, vineyards and world-famous golf courses.

We offer exquisite cuisine, attention to detail and unparalleled service in every aspect of your luxury villa holiday. Flexible holiday options are offered - perfect for a corporate event, golfing trip or a romantic weekend getaway. Husband and wife team, Merrilyn and Quintin will ensure you have a superb catered villa holiday and undoubtedly, you will wish to return time and again.

The luxury villa is within a six acre estate in Soustons, Landes region, just a short distance from the outstanding Atlantic beaches of Soustons, Hossegor, Moliets and Biarritz. This outstanding property offers luxury holidays to the most discerning of British and international clients. The villa is set amongst 2.6 hectares of land, with a swimming pool, tennis court, century old trees and beautiful mature gardens. It has been renovated tastefully and to a very high standard.

Ground Floor: Outstanding lounge area with wood panelling, parquet floors, beautiful oak staircase, study with marble fireplace, sitting-room with marble fireplace opening onto a south facing terrace, dining-room with marble fireplace and north facing terrace, billiard room with marble fireplace, kitchen, toilet and washroom.

First Floor: Hall area with parquet floors and sofas, 3 large en-suite bedrooms (two with marble fireplace, one with large terrace), large suite with two bedrooms, south facing balcony, marble fireplace, dressing room, bathroom, Jacuzzi bath, toilet and spacious east facing terrace. All rooms have their own Television, DVD player and stereo system.

Second Floor: Hall area with parquet floors, 5 large en-suite bedrooms (one with Sauna and two with fireplace). All rooms have their own Television and DVD player.

Upon arrival at the private estate of this luxury catered villa, you will be impressed by the genuinely warm and friendly welcome along with the Champagne reception which will either be served in the lounge or on the poolside terrace. Accompanied by delicious homemade canapés, it will be enough to give you a taste of the gastronomic delights that await you!

We will happily arrange a tailor-made itinerary of activities with a choice of golf, surfing, sailing, kayaking, beach trips, horse-riding, cycling, vineyard tours and more! Of course, there will be times when you will simply wish to relax by the pool, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying a drink from our poolside bar.

For family groups, specially trained staff will be on hand to entertain the children with plenty of activities and games including surf-school, tennis, beach games and guided cycling trips. We will make sure your family holiday is fun, relaxing and hassle-free!

"Amazing"I would not hesitate recommending this fabulous property. The owners and staff go out of their way to make your stay one you will never forget. We spent nine weeks travelling Spain and France but nothing compared to this property and the meals were five star gourmet. It is a beautiful home surrounded by immaculate grounds, swimming pool and gardens. "Luxuriously relaxed holiday for all the family"From initial enquiry to final departure, nothing was too much trouble for Q and his team. Special diets, local top tips, booking restaurants, arranging surf lessons for our 11 and 14 yr iold boys to name but a few! The house is grand and typically french, intimate enough to create a warm atmosphere and large enough to always find a quiet spot to just read a book. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, whilst not being over elaborate. Location is great, close to all ammenities and perfect if you want to start your holiday without a long journey from any of the 3 regional airports serving the property. This has the added benefit of being flexibile with flight times from the UK. A few good restaurants serving reasonably priced local menus, go karting, golf and the beach all within cycling distance (if you have the energy or inclination to drag yourself away from the immaculately maintained pool at the house!) Best things about this holiday are the unique blend of informal style coupled with high levels of service and cuisine. As a holiday for families with young teenagers, nothing we have found beats the easily acessible safe activities during the day, coupled with a calm and sophisticated dinner served under the magnolia tree as the sun sets and you enjoy a glass or two of well earned local wine!
