Holiday Accommodation Summary (FR004)

WSe are situated 15 minutes from the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches in Brittany.

Here at Emerald Coast Gites, we have renovated an ancient farm into 7 charming gites, from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom. We have young children of our own and therefore we have developed and equipped our gites to be as child-friendly as possible - we soon learnt that coming on holiday with children was very rewarding, but so different to holidaying without children, and our ethos here is to ensure that parents can have a fabulous relaxing holiday because their children are well looked after and have lots to do.

We can provide practically everything you may need for babies or holidaying with children. Every gite is equipped with: Toys, Stair gates, Hop-ups, Blackout blinds, Toddlers plates, bowls, cups, cutlery etc., and Cbeebies (in case of a rainy day) as standard. We have an array of extras that you can borrow free of charge from Potties to Sterlisers and Changing Mats.In the gardens we have: Trampolines, Climbing frames, Swings, Seesaws, Baby swings, Ride-ons/bikes, Sandpits and NEW for 2010 - an undercover Soft Play Centre.

We have a heated swimming pool and a separate heated toddler pool. This is completely enclosed behind a security fence - the safety of your children is our number one priority. The trampoline has a security net and we do not allow cars on our complex once everyone has unloaded. We have a separate car park so that the children can run around without fear of a car pulling up. We do have some entertainment for the adults as well - we have our very own bar on the complex where we run wine and cheese tasting nights. We can provide catering and meals on arrival as well.

We believe our gite complex offers something for everyone - High quality accommodation, plenty for the children and we haven't forgotten the adults! Around the area there is plenty to see and do. The beaches, which are about 10 kms away are fabulous and very child friendly. Within 40 minutes drive there are also the medieval towns of St Malo and Dinan, an aquarium, theme parks and lots, lots more.

The accommodation available is as follows and each of the gites have access to a laundry room, Sky TV (bring your own card), DVD player and all gites have a dishwasher:

La Boulange: A comfortable detached one bedroom gite with private garden suitable for couples or a small family. Sleeps 2+. Double bed in the master bedroom, with optional futon in the living room.

L'Ecurie: A comfortable 2 bedroom gite with private garden suitable for families. 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin). Sleeps 4+

Le Pressoir: A luxurious semi-detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom gite with private garden suitable for families. 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins). Sleeps 6+

No 1, La Vieille Grange: A comfortable 2 bedroom gite with private garden suitable for families. 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin). Sleeps 4+.

No 2, La Vieille Grange: A spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom gite with private garden suitable for families or small groups. 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin and 1 bunk). The twin beds slide under each other. Sleeps 8+.

No 3, La Vieille Grange: A spacious 3 bedroom gite with private garden suitable for families. 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins). Sleeps 6+.

No 4, La Vieille Grange: A spacious 2 bedroom gite with private garden suitable for families. 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin). Sleeps 4+.

Fantastic. Perfect location, loads to do in the area, great beaches. The gite complex also has so much for everyone in the family. Very child friendly but not irritatingly so.
