The property is an ancient stone-built Catalan farmhouse, whose outbuildings have been completely renovated and equipped to luxury standard and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests each and an above ground swimming pool. Surrounded by peach orchards with approximately 2 hectares of garden space and sitting within the heart of the plain of Roussillon, the mas has wonderful views in all directions. To the north the peak of the Forca Real and the Corbières can be seen and to the south and west rise the chateau of Corbere looks down on us as well as the Canigou Mountain. But despite being a haven of peace and tranquillity the mas is far from isolated. Getting to Ille-sur-Tet the nearest village, with banks, shops, bars and a supermarket is just a 5 minute drive. The bustling centre of Perpignan is only a further 20 minutes away, the Mediterranean beaches can be reached in around 30 minutes and the Pyrenees mountains some 40 minutes away.

The Cottage: is a fully renovated house that offers two bedrooms, a salon and a fully equipped kitchen. To the front of the house there is a private terrace with a wooden swimming pool and a lawned communal garden offering peace and tranquility. Kitchen: Upright Fridge / Freezer, Automatic Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Gas Oven with Hob and Grill, Microwave, Wood Burning Stove, Appliances such as Kettle, Toaster, Cafetiere etc. Salon: 2 Sofas & 1 Sofa Bed, Coffee Table, TV, Freeview Satellite Channels, DVD Player, Hi-Fi, Electric Wall Mounted Heater.
