The self catering villa has four bedrooms, is superbly appointed, elegant, Provencal style holiday home with sweeping views from the Maritime Alps to Antibes. The beautiful, illuminated swimming pool and the lovely garden with its covered terrace provide a tranquil base for enjoying a true Cote d'Azur experience. The toddler friendly villa is located within the quiet, gated and secure estate of Les Restanques de Vaugrenier, just 15 minutes from Nice Airport and between Nice and Antibes. Both the famous Mediterranean resorts of Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monte Carlo and the medieval Provencal villages such as Biot, St Paul de Vence and Eze sur Mer are within easy reach by car.
This luxury Villa is new, bright and spacious. The walls are cream and the floors are of cream colour tiles. It is decorated throughout with bright lively pictures. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a double bed, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds, a shower room and separate wc. A cot is also available. It is fully air-conditioned and in addition all bedrooms have quiet efficient ceiling fans for the comfort of guests. Downstairs is a fourth bedroom with twin beds, an en suite shower room and separate wc.
The sitting room is equipped with superbly comfortable sofas and armchairs, plus a TV with full Sky package, access to hundreds of European channels, and a DVD player. It exits to the terrace through two sets of French doors. They both make the sitting room light and airy and enable the garden to be seen clearly.The dining room is very elegantly furnished for eight people to dine in comfort. A high chair can also be provided if required. The delightful and practical kitchen is fully equipped with a large American refrigerator dispensing ice, a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, spin dryer and plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Outside the terrace has a table and eight chairs for dining al fresco while enjoying the view of Antibes. There is a large Webster kettle barbeque to complement the outdoor living mode. The pool, which can be illuminated at night, provides plenty of surrounding space for sun lounging. It is surrounded by a security fence for safety. This is removable under our guests responsibility. The spacious garden is planted with many species of Provencal flora and is amply equipped with furniture for relaxation. There is free parking for two cars, one in the garage and one in the estate road. The villa has plenty of cupboard space and ADSL Broadband is available for internet access via WiFi.
Guests also have access to the 25m estate swimming pool, sun terraces, and boules court.
