It is a paradise of outdoor activities including golf, hiking, hand-gliding and rafting, so if its an active family holiday you are looking for, this is the one for you. There are many marked routes for walkers and mountain bikers throughout the area. In winter there is cross country skiing. Both Limousin and the Auvergne are great destinations for your family holiday.
