Property Summary (FR027)
The perfect location for individual families or families sharing and can accommodate up to 21 people plus 2 infants across all the luxury gites. On the edge of a quiet hamlet with superb views we offer a safe and secure site, where children have space to run and play safely whilst parents are secure that their little ones can't wander off site or be at risk from cars or strangers. In the grounds there is a large swimming pool which is totally surrounded by a safety fence and gate conforming to French Laws. Wide steps lead down to a 1m10 section of pool offering lots of space for smaller children, whilst the deep end of the pool is 2m allowing older children the chance to dive and have more boisterous fun. We have an under 5's and over 5's play area, one in full view, the other giving older children that longed for "space" at the end of the garden. There is also an indoor games room with table tennis, table football and darts to keep the teenage children happy.
Our accommodation consists of 3 luxury gites around a central pebbled courtyard. Each gite has a shower room downstairs with WC and a family bathroom with bath and WC upstairs. The gites are fully equipped to enable full catering to occur and have cots, highchairs, booster chairs, children's cutlery, sterilising facilities, toilet booster seats, stairgates etc. Parents rooms ensure that touch of luxury whilst children's rooms are functional, safe, without the worry of expensive lamps and ornaments to break! The rooms can be blacked out to enable more comfortable (and hopefully longer) sleeping patterns. There are a range of children's games and videos available and plenty of soft toys and books to go around. Each luxury gite has a lounge or lounge area with comfy seating and a DVD player and English Sat TV for the "quiet" times.

Coqueliot Gite - sleeps 5/6 + cot in 2 bedrooms. Prices £475/wk - £995/wk in peak summer season.
Bleuet Gite - sleeps 9 in 3 bedrooms. Prices £575/wk - £1,150/wk in peak summer season.
We offer a number of additional services which can be pre- booked or booked on arrival. As well as a generous welcome basket we offer:
a "first shop service" where you e-mail your shopping list ahead of arrival and arrive to it already in your gite;
a welcome meal option;
babysitting;
taxi service to local restaurants;
fine dining menu; children's meal service; family size ready meals (prepared on site).
