A large self catering holiday home close to Le Touquet. The pretty village of St Josse, in the Pas de Calais region of France, boasts an excellent Michelin rated restaurant (Le Relias de Saint Josse) which is 2 minutes walk from the house. Indulge yourself in this tranquil self catering villa. Just 2¨ö miles from the fine sandy beaches of Merlimont Plage.Under 4 miles to Le Touquet, with its cosmopolitan atmosphere and trendy shops. The fishing port of Etalpes (3 miles) has renowned fish restaurants. Montreuil (6 miles) is an ancient walled town, from where you can drive through the pretty valley of the Canche to Hesdin, with its lively markets and old central square. Boulogne (20 miles) has numerous attractions such as the Nusicaa and the Cathedral.
This self catering villa sleeps up to 12 people + 2 infants. The accommodation includes a large living room and dining room with a wood burning fire between the two areas. French doors extend from the front and back of this large room to provide access to the gardens.

Bedroom 1 and 2 are double bedroom with sleigh beds on the ground floor with a bathroom and separate shower. On the first floor there is a games room - a large open area with double sofa and bar football game; numerous board games, books, Satellite TV with many English Channels, DVD/Video player and HI-FI speakers. Bedroom 3, 4, 5 and 6 on the first floor are all twin bedrooms and there is also a second bathroom with shower and WC.
The back garden is accessible from the lounge or kitchen doors and is a large area with numerous plants and shrubs. Garden is mostly laid to lawn with large patio area and BBQ. Children's swing, and slide.
