Is a luxury villa providing excellent accommodation on the edge of the forest overlooking the golf course. This is a beautiful villa that has all the comforts you could wish for. It has been finished to an excellent standard and overs truly cavernous accommodation for larger groups. The house features a grand spiral staircase to the first floor and en-suite facilities in all bedrooms . St Andre can be rented from as little as £14 per person per night (based on full occupancy, minimum 3 night stay). Additionally the house is located just 5 minutes walk from L’Opale villa so both houses could be booked together if you have an exceptionally large group to accommodate.
The villa sleeps up to 15 people + infant+ 2 additional occasional use beds. On the ground floor there is a very large open plan lounge with modern stand alone log fire, leather sofas and bar. Plus there is a separate large dining room with log fire and a large luxury fitted kitchen and separate TV room. Up a designer staircase to first floor, there are 4 double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and a separate bathroom with bath, shower & WC. In addition there is a mezzanine room with sofa bed, reading material and games. Large glass door overlooking garden and golf course.
On the lower ground floor there is a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds plus a separate bathroom with bath, shower and WC and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is also access to the garden with views of golf course.

We have today returned from Le Touquet after a really lovely week in the St. Andre Villa which was a perfect choice for us all. Everything was spotlessly clean and welcoming and the forsythia from your caretakers garden added to our welcome. She was most helpful, as was her husband who dropped in a couple of times to fix light bulbs etc.
The accommodation layout was also most convenient. We loved the woodland garden, with its large sandpit for the little ones - even in February it seemed to be a hit with them. The weather was not too bad, quite warm on the whole with some good beach days. We had a very pleasant lunch in the Relais de St. Josse, where we were the only clients at midday - it suited us down to the ground and was a nice focus for our family celebration.
