If you love unspoilt Nature, beautiful scenery, wild flowers, birds and butterflies, then our new, comfortable gite, created above Lac Panneciere, overlooking wooded hills and valleys is just for you. The glorious view from our home made us buy the property in the first place. We love it here and we would like to share our pleasure with you. We have provided everything in the gite that we, ourselves, would hope to find when renting holiday accommodation and we have installed some modern features not yet found everywhere, such as the large walk-in shower in the wet room.

Accommodation comprises two large double bedrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen diner and lounge area, bathroom with WC, wetroom with walk-in shower and WC and a utility room with washing machine. The lounge is a comfortable sitting area with television, DVD, CDs, VHS, books and magazines. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need: modern electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, double sink unit, cupboard space with crockery and cooking utensils as well as a table and chairs for indoor eating. High-chair available on request.

Outside the lounge door is an exterior eating area with garden furniture, looking over the 2 acre meadow with lovely views of surrounding hills. There is also a separate BBQ area, and a heated private swimming pool (5 metres by 10 metres). The pool has two safety features - an alarm and a safety cover. There is an indoor table tennis facility. This is a beautifully situated gite, created with style and comfort in mind.

BEDROOM ONE:

With a Super King size double bed, (length 2 metres) and a sofa bed, suitable for a child. Two bedside tables with reading lamps, double wardrobe, storage cupboard with extra bedding etc., dressing table with mirror. (Cot available on request.)

BEDROOM TWO:

With two large single beds, which can be put together. Two bedside tables with reading lamps, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers with mirror.

KITCHEN-DINER AREA:

Fully fitted units, containing hob, oven, dish-washer and double sink unit. Fridge/freezer, micro-wave oven. A good range of kitchen utensils, cutlery and plates, cups and glasses. Waste bin under sink unit. Diner area contains a round, adjustable dining table and chairs. High-chair available on request. Doors leading to gite garage and store room for cleaning equipment and with space for suitcases.

LOUNGE AREA:

Modern three piece suite, coffee table, book cases, entertainment centre with television, DVD and VHS players, radio/CD player, selection of CDs, DVDs, VHS cassettes, books and magazines. Possibility to connect your laptop to the Internet via a NEUFBOX WIFI connection. The French windows lead out to an outdoor eating area and a 2 acre meadow.
