4 Star, 2-storey cottage adjoining attractive lochside home, in large garden, with excellent views and situated on the edge of Loch Lomond National Park. Sleeps 2 adults, plus one child (cot, futon, or sofabed available). The open-plan kitchen/living-room includes oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, tumble dryer and washing service. There’s a sofa bed, a feature-fireplace, TV, DVD, radio/CD-player, books, and lots of tourist information. There’s fresh flowers and a tea-tray with home-made cakes to welcome you. Upstairs, the double-bedded room has an antique suite, TV, radio/alarm clock, hairdryer, and panoramic Gareloch views. The adjoining bathroom has over-bath shower, constant hot water, towels, and a selection of toiletries. Off-road parking. No smoking throughout. Dogs welcome (sorry, one only). We also have satellite TV and broadband WiFi internet access.
This Loch Lomond self catering holiday accommodation is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful area of Scotland. We’re on the Clyde Sea Lochs Trail, adjoining the Loch Lomond National Park, within an hour of Glasgow, Stirling, the Trossachs, Inveraray. Shandon Country Pursuits and the Clyde Submarine Base are nearby. We’re four miles from the Victorian waterside town of Helensburgh with a good variety of independent shops, two supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, golf, swimming, riding, sailing, gardens, and the Charles Rennie Mackintosh masterpiece, The Hill House. We are also situated close to Clyde Submarine Base at Faslane |

We had a lovely stay here I was on Business but brought my Mum up for a rest, and what a lovely cottage it is well appointed , Janet welcomed us with a tea tray and home some home made cakes yummy 10/10 would recommend well done
I had a good stay, Janet was very kind and friendly. Left us to it and told us not to hesitative to knock on her door if we wanted anything. The place was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend to friends or other work colleagues | |
